comfy beds fluffy towels onsite bar
The linens were very good. Beds were comfy and I found quality, fluffy towels. The onsite bar was fantastic! I enjoyed the dining and cafe menu too. The location is great!!!
I found only two floors of rooms available.

excellent hotel STAY
helpful team secure parking efficient climate control
the front desk team was consistently helpful with directions and local recommendations. i greatly appreciated the secure on-site parking with easy access to the hotel. THE room had adjustable climate control, which worked efficiently and silently.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours, but it never caused a significant delay.

the majestic café offered a diverse menu with locally sourced ingredients. breakfast service started promptly at 6:30 am, providing ample time for early departures. i noticed that gluten-free options were clearly marked on the menu.

the fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. complimentary newspapers were available in the lobby each morning , which i found useful. the business center offered printing and scanning services at no extra charge.

hagley park was a short walk from the hotel. the central business district IS within easy reach, roughly a ten-minute walk. public transportation options were readily accessible just outside the front entrance.

the room included a king-sized bed and a separate sitting area. i found that there were two separate sinks in the bathroom alongside a rainfall shower. the minibar was stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks.

small gym long wait
the gym was smaller than i expected, with limited equipment. it only had two treadmills and one stationary bike. the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced. the selection was good, but not worth the cost we paid. the wait for our room service order was longer than mentioned.

comfortable bed practical sink working air conditioning
The bed and pillows were comfortable. An additional sink and tap with a microwave in the room made it practical. The air conditioning worked well, so I could control the temperature in the room.
The staff weren't overly friendly on arrival.

easy access attentive staff comfortable beds
The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport. The staff was attentive to all requests (and I had a few!). The rooms were spacious, clean and featured very comfortable beds.
The customer service was slightly slow, although this seems typical in this region.

Fantastic Hotel Stay
helpful staff awesome breakfast easy access modern bathroom
The staff was very helpful about garaging for my car on my next trip. Breakfast was awesome and the coffee was the best I have had. My room had easy access and was modern with a spacious bathroom. The cafe is fabulous and has quality ingredients.
